The Town of Barnstable is comprised of seven villages, Hyannis, West Barnstable, Barnstable, Centerville, Osterville, Marstons Mills and Cotuit. Each of the village’s main streets offer free and short-term parking for shopping, dining, walking etc. Each village, with the exception of Hyannis and Osterville does not require or enforce time limits.
*Main Street Hyannis has a time limit of 2 hour parking. 20 minute parking is strictly enforced directly in front of the Post Office on
Main Street Hyannis. Please note these time limit signs when visiting Main Street in Hyannis.

In the immediate downtown Hyannis area, there are a variety of short-term parking lots which offer free parking. The Town Hall parking lot is
a free, short-term parking lot

The North Street Parking Lot offers free and short-term parking in Hyannis. This lot location can be found
